一、 會員登記
- (1)登記資格:閣下須於使用服務或作出訂購時先向我們登記。一經登記,即表示閣下聲明閣下年滿 18 歲或以上,並具有構成具法律約束力合約的能力。
- (2)資料真實性:登記時,閣下必須提供準確、完整及最新的登記資料。如資料有任何更改,須立即通知我們。
- (3)帳戶安全:閣下須確保妥善保存個人使用者名稱及密碼。本公司假設只有閣下或閣下授權的人士使用該帳戶登入。
- (4)註冊取消:如我們有合理理由懷疑閣下所登記的資料屬不實、不準確、並非最新或不完整,我們有權取消閣下的訂單或註銷閣下的註冊。在此情況下,閣下同意不向我們提出訴訟及索償。
二、 訂購條款細則
- (1)價格基準與結帳貨幣:產品價格以閣下訂購當日所示為準。本商店支援多國貨幣結帳,系統將根據閣下所選擇之國家或地區,自動轉換為對應之當地法定貨幣(如港幣 HKD、美元 USD、日圓 JPY 等)進行結帳與扣款,確保價格完全透明。
- (2)訂單確認:系統會向閣下登記的手提電話/電郵發送短訊/電郵以確認收到訂單。該短訊/電郵僅為確認收到訂單,並不等於送貨承諾。
- (3)不接納/取消訂單之權利:我們保留因任何理由不接納或取消訂單的權利,包括但不限於:閣下所訂購的產品無足夠存貨;未能就閣下的地區安排送貨;或因人為或電腦錯誤,或供應商提供之定價資料出錯,導致產品標價錯誤。
- (4)訂單取消與更改:訂單一經確認付款後,我們便會向供應商訂購,恕不接受因個人理由而取消或更改任何已確定的訂單。若出現惡意棄單行為,本商店有權取消該客戶之所有後續訂單,且不設退款。
三、 預購商品與平行進口
- (1)預購商品到貨期:如商品頁面沒有特別標明,預購商品之預計到貨日期一般為確認訂單後的 14-21 個工作天(不計算星期六、日及公眾假期)。實際到貨日受廠商發貨速度、國際物流、各地政策及天氣等不可抗力因素影響。我們作為代購者會盡力跟進,幕不能確保商品絕對如期到達,此類延誤不能作退款或換貨理由。
- (2)缺貨及退款處理:如供應商最終不能交貨或貨品出現缺貨等問題,導致最終未能成功訂購,我們將取消該訂單,有關款項將全額原路退還。
- (3)平行進口貨品與產品質量:本商店之商品主要屬代購性質,貨品均為全新未拆封。產品包含代理行貨及平行進口貨。由於平行進口商品不時會出現版本升級或批次更新的情況,出貨以收到之實物為準。因無法拆封檢查,本商店無法對貨品之原廠質素作百分百保證及不設退換。
- (4)包裝變更:如產品突然更新包裝設計,出貨將以廠商最終版本為準。
- (5)版權聲明:本公司並沒持有任何品牌或機構之版權。所有商標及版權均屬該品牌或機構持有人,圖片及資料轉載只作分享用途。
四、 付款方式與交易安全
- (1)支援付款方式:本店支援信用卡、PayMe、轉數快(FPS)、八達通。
- (2)第三方付款服務:我們使用 Shopify Payments 作為網上交易之付款閘道。閣下的信用卡號碼會由 SSL 直接傳送至一個安全的電子儲備系統,我們的伺服器不會儲存任何信用卡賬戶資料。
- (3)交易風險:閣下同意單獨及獨自承擔閣下於進行信用卡交易時所招致或產生的任何損失,本公司在任何情況下均毋須承擔相關責任。
- (4)付款方式更改:本公司保留隨時更改網上購物付款方式的權利。
五、 送貨服務與運費安排
【配送方式及運費】
- (1)送貨途徑:順豐速遞、合作自提點(指定收費)、本地快遞公司。
- (2)免運費條款(指定商品):免運費優惠僅適用於本地快遞公司或合作自提點。不同訂單號碼之貨品恕不設夾單寄出。免運費只限「全單」首次派送。如客人要求分單派件(如現貨先出)或首次派件失敗,所產生的額外運費將以到付形式由客人承擔。
【送貨注意事項】
- (1)資料準確性:如閣下於下單時輸入錯誤資料(如電話、地址或運輸選項),導致貨品寄出後產生額外物流費用或需重新寄貨,相關責任及費用需由客人自行承擔。
- (2)簽收責任:產品送遞至指定地址時應由閣下親自接收。若特別指示將物品置於門外或大堂管理處,閣下須自行承擔遺失或損壞之風險。
- (3)物流公司決策:若自選收貨地點因物流公司政策改變而有變動,本公司未能干預,一切以物流公司的最終決策為準。
- (4)所有權轉移:當產品送交閣下後,閣下將成為產品的擁有人並自行承擔商品風險,我們將不為任何損失或損壞負責。
- (5)酒類產品限制:如果訂單包含酒類產品,收件人必須年滿 18 歲。
六、 退款及退換貨政策
【申請退換貨的先決條件】
除另有規定外,概不接受退貨或更換貨物。如閣下於收貨後發現產品出現已損壞、包裝不完整、出現品質問題或遺漏/錯誤送遞,可於收貨日期的 3 天內申請退貨或更換,惟需符合下列先決條件:
- (1)必須提供完整開箱影片與照片:請務必於收到貨品時拍攝完整開箱影片作為憑證(影片須由拆開外箱封條起開始拍攝,全程一鏡到底、不可剪接,並須清楚見到快遞單號及貨品之真實狀況),並連同購自 Kiiro Japan 的相關購買證明,透過Whatsapp或電子郵件發送給我們。
- (2)必須保留完整原裝包裝物料:退換貨商品必須未經使用,並處於原先出售的狀態,同時客人必須妥善保留並提供該商品的所有零件及原裝包裝物料(包括說明書、證書、標籤、消耗品、原裝盒/袋等)。
註:如寄送途中因物流公司失誤而導致貨品破損或遺失,本公司會協助客人向物流公司追討但不會作出賠償。我們會盡力確保包裹包裝完整,但運送途中難免會因意外而令外觀受影響,敬請理解。
【不接受取消、退貨或更換的情況】
- (1)收貨後超過 3 天始與我們取得聯繫。
- (2)因個人因素(如:買錯貨、買錯顏色、人人口味不同、個人不適用、尺寸不合等)。
- (3)商品經客人修改過或使用後出現的受損貨品。
- (4)圖片與實物之正常色差、量度標準不同、輕微脫線、皮革壓紋、鞋底微痕。
- (5)已下水洗滌、染色、縮水,或沾有非貨品氣味(如香水、香薰、香煙、汗味、洗衣液等)。
- (6)部分已標明不提供退貨服務或不完美/微瑕疵的折扣商品。
- (7)食品及有品質期限之貨品:所有產品以廠家出貨時包裝上日期為準,所有出廠預期到期日只作參考,扣除運輸,到手日期亦較短,顧客購買前請先留意及考慮清楚,本商店恕不接受以此為由的退款要求。
- (8)外盒包裝受損:運送過程中有機會引致包裝外盒輕微壓扁或壓皺,如屬於包裝外盒而不影響產品功能或質量,不設退換。
【退換貨之處理與退款】
- (1)退換貨寄送安排:經我方確認批准後,閣下方可選擇以順豐速運(運費到付)形式將貨品寄回進行退換。未經我方確認前自行寄出的貨品,我們有權拒絕接收並直接退回給客人,當中所產生的所有運費本公司恕不負責。
- (2)自提點換貨選項:經我方確認批准後,閣下亦可選擇於服務時間內,親臨我們的旺角自提點直接進行貨品更換。
- (3)處理時間與缺貨退款:我們將於批准並收到退貨後的 14-21 個工作天 內,安排更換相同的全新產品。如因廠商缺貨而無法提供相同產品更換,相關款項將會安排全額原路退還。
七、 Kiiro Japan 優惠與促銷條款
- (1)缺貨退款承諾:凡本店發生廠商缺貨無法順利供貨之情況,本商店一律會為閣下安排全額原路退款(退回至原付款之信用卡、PayMe、轉數快)。
- (2)優惠碼使用限制:所有推廣優惠碼僅供單次使用,且受特定推廣活動條款約束。任何夥伴商店之現金回贈或折扣優惠,均不可與其他優惠同時使用。
- (3)新客戶定義:新客戶必須為從未使用相同之電話號碼及/或上門送貨地址進行註冊、且未曾成功購物之全新客戶。如系統發現有重複註冊、惡意拆單以騙取新客優惠之行為,相關優惠將被即時取消,本商店並保留追回差價之權利。
- (4)誠實信用與不誠實行為:如發現任何可疑、不誠實、惡意誤導或集體欺詐之行為,本公司保留法律追究權益,一經發現將會一律交由相關執法機關處理。
八、 免責聲明與不可抗力
- (1)不可抗力:倘若由於火災、意外、天災、自然災害、罷工、勞資糾紛、法律或政府規例、運輸延誤、原材料短缺等任何在我們合理控制範圍以外的理由,導致本公司不能履行責任,我們在該等妨礙的範圍內無須對此承擔責任。
- (2)免責聲明:本公司及其僱員、承辦商及第三方供應者不對以下事項作出保證:本網上購物商店所儲存或取得之所有資料的完整性、品質、準確性或時效性;瀏覽本網站時不受干擾,或資料正確無誤,或不含電腦病毒。
- (3)損失責任限制:閣下因倚據或使用本網站資料而蒙受的任何直接或間接損害、損失、費用或開支,本公司均不承擔 any 責任。

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that any registration information is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or cancel your order. You agree not to make any claims against us arising from such actions.
2. Order Terms
(1) Product Pricing & Checkout Currency
Product prices displayed at the time your order is placed shall prevail. Our online store supports multiple currencies. Depending on your selected country or region, prices will automatically be converted into the corresponding local currency (e.g., HKD, USD, JPY) during checkout.
(2) Order Confirmation
A confirmation email or SMS will be sent to acknowledge receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or guarantee product availability.
(3) Right to Reject or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

3. Pre-order & Parallel Imported Products
(1) Estimated Arrival Time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, pre-order items generally arrive within 14–21 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier processing, international shipping, customs, government regulations, weather, or other events beyond our control. Delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
(2) Out-of-Stock Items
If the supplier is ultimately unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund via the original payment method.
(3) Parallel Imports
Many of our products are sourced directly from Japan and may be either authorized imports or parallel imports. All products are brand new and unopened. Due to supplier updates or different production batches, packaging or product specifications may vary. As products remain factory sealed, we cannot inspect every item and therefore cannot guarantee the manufacturer's quality or accept returns based solely on manufacturer defects.
(4) Packaging Updates
Manufacturers may change product packaging without prior notice. Products will be shipped according to the latest available version.

Free Shipping Promotion
Free shipping promotions apply only to eligible local courier services or designated pickup locations.
Orders with different order numbers cannot be combined.
Free shipping applies only to the first delivery attempt.
If customers request split shipments or if the first delivery attempt fails, additional shipping charges shall be borne by the customer.
Delivery Terms
(1) Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges caused by incorrect addresses, telephone numbers, or delivery methods shall be borne by the customer.
(2) Delivery Acceptance
Customers should personally receive deliveries whenever possible. If customers request parcels to be left outside their premises or with building management, all associated risks shall be borne by the customer.
(3) Courier Decisions
Changes made by courier companies regarding pickup locations are beyond our control and shall be final.
(4) Transfer of Risk
Ownership and risk pass to the customer upon successful delivery.
(5) Alcohol Purchases

6. Return & Exchange Policy
Conditions for Return or Exchange
Except where otherwise specified, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product if it arrives damaged, incomplete, defective, or incorrect.
The following conditions must be satisfied:
(1) Complete Unboxing Video
Customers must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video beginning before the shipping seal is opened. The shipping label and product condition must remain visible throughout the recording.
(2) Original Packaging
Returned products must remain unused and include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, certificates, labels, and packaging materials.
If products are damaged or lost during shipping, we will assist customers in filing claims with the courier company but cannot guarantee compensation.
Minor damage to outer packaging caused during transportation shall not qualify for return or exchange.

Return Procedures
Approved returns must be sent back via SF Express (Freight Collect) unless otherwise instructed.

Customers may also exchange products at our Mong Kok pickup location during business hours upon approval.
Replacement products will generally be arranged within 14–21 business days after receiving the returned item.
If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
7. Promotions
